Health is the amount of damage a player can take before he/she dies. When a player's health reaches 0, he/she dies and will shortly respawn.
Regeneration and Upgrading
Health regenerates at a slower rate than both Mana and Stamina. Healing Spells can be used to regenerate health faster. an example of a Healing Spell is Light's Healing Spell known as Scintillent Rejuvination.
A player has a default of 1000 maximum health at 50/100 and 1500 when it is upgraded to 100/100. Health increases by 10 per upgrade.
